I understand what it feels like to be stuck, unfulfilled, and yearning for something more. I’ve been there, feeling like I was meant for a bigger, more meaningful path.
Through my own journey, I’ve learned how to break free from those feelings and create a thriving business and life I love. Now, I’m passionate about helping other women do the same.
I’ve worked with hundreds of women to help them tap into their most confident, empowered selves, and I’d love to guide you toward building the life and business of your dreams too.
If you’ve ever set a goal and then felt overwhelmed, scattered, or unsure of what to do next, you’re not alone. So many entrepreneurs start with big dreams (which is amazing!) but struggle to turn those dreams into clear, doable action.
That’s where SMART goals come in. They’re one of the simplest tools to help you actually follow through on what you want, whether it’s hitting a business milestone, creating a new routine, or making time for what matters most.
In this post, I’m going to show you how to set SMART goals that feel aligned, exciting, and achievable so you can build a business and life you love.
SMART is a simple acronym to help you set goals that are:
Specific
Measurable
Achievable
Relevant
Time-bound
Let’s break down what each one means and how to apply it to your business and life.
Instead of vague goals like “grow my business” or “be healthier,” get clear on what you actually want to achieve.
💬 Example:
Instead of “I want more clients,” say:
“I want to sign 3 new coaching clients this month.”
👉 Ask yourself: What do I really want to accomplish? What does success look like?
You need a way to track your progress. Otherwise, how will you know if you’re moving forward?
💬 Example:
“I want to grow my email list by 100 subscribers.”
👉 Ask yourself: How will I know when I’ve hit my goal? Can I measure it?
Dream big, but keep your goals realistic for where you’re at right now. You can stretch yourself without burning out.
💬 Example:
If you’re just starting out, aiming to launch your first offer might be more achievable than trying to hit six figures in the next 30 days.
👉 Ask yourself: Is this goal doable with the time, energy, and resources I have?
Your goals should support the bigger vision you have for your life and business. Don’t just set goals because someone else is doing it. Stay aligned with your priorities.
💬 Example:
If your goal is to create more freedom, then building recurring revenue or automating part of your business might be more relevant than launching a high-touch 1:1 offer.
👉 Ask yourself: Does this goal move me closer to the business and lifestyle I want?
Without a deadline, your goal can linger forever. A clear timeframe creates momentum and helps you stay focused.
💬 Example:
“I will launch my new offer by July 1st.”
👉 Ask yourself: What’s the deadline? Can I break this goal into smaller milestones?
Setting SMART goals is one of the most powerful things you can do to create clarity, stay motivated, and actually follow through on your vision.
