How to Set Up Your Funnel, Calendar, and CRM in FEA Create
If you have been curious about FEA Create but not quite sure where to start once you are inside, this post is for you.
Because here is the thing about all-in-one platforms: the fact that everything is in one place is brilliant. But it can also feel a little overwhelming when you first log in and realise just how much is available to you. Where do you start? What do you set up first? And how do you make sure everything is connected and working together the way it is supposed to?
That is exactly what we are walking through today.
In this post, I am taking you step by step through how to set up three of the most important and most powerful features inside FEA Create: your funnel, your calendar, and your CRM. These three things, when set up properly and working together, form the backbone of a business that generates leads, books calls, and manages client relationships almost entirely on autopilot.
You do not need to be tech-savvy to follow this. You just need to be willing to sit down, work through it one step at a time, and trust that it is simpler than it looks from the outside.
And if you have not yet joined FEA Create, you can get started here. It is the platform I use, recommend, and genuinely love for everything it brings together in one place for female entrepreneurs.
These posts pair really well with what we are covering today:
Ready to get set up? Let's go.
Why These Three Features Are the Place to Start
Before we dive in, let's talk about why your funnel, your calendar, and your CRM are the three things to prioritise when you first get inside FEA Create.
Your funnel is what brings people into your world. It is the system that takes a complete stranger and turns them into a warm lead by offering them something valuable in exchange for their contact details. Without a funnel, your list does not grow, your audience stays cold, and your offers stay undiscovered by the people who need them most.
Your calendar is what converts interest into action. Once someone is in your world and wants to take a next step, whether that is booking a discovery call, a strategy session, or a free consultation, your calendar is what makes that happen smoothly and automatically, without any back-and-forth email chains or missed opportunities.
Your CRM, which stands for Customer Relationship Manager, is what keeps track of everyone who has come into your world, where they are in their journey with you, and what needs to happen next. It is the backbone of an organised, professional client management system that makes sure no lead and no client ever falls through the cracks.
When these three things are set up and connected inside FEA Create, you have a business that is actively generating leads, booking calls, and managing relationships around the clock. That is the foundation everything else is built on.
Let's set it up.

How Your Funnel, Calendar, and CRM Work Together

Part 1: Setting Up Your Funnel in FEA Create
Your funnel in FEA Create is built using the Funnels feature, which you will find in the left-hand navigation menu. Here is how to get your first funnel up and running.
Step 1: Choose your funnel type.
When you click into Funnels and select to create a new one, you will be prompted to choose a funnel type. For most people starting out, a lead generation funnel is the right first choice. This is a simple two-page funnel: an opt-in page where someone enters their details in exchange for your free resource, and a thank you page where they are redirected after opting in.
Step 2: Choose a template.
FEA Create has a library of funnel templates designed specifically for female entrepreneurs. Choose one that feels aligned with your brand and your offer. Do not get too caught up in finding the perfect template at this stage. You can customise everything, and getting something live is always better than spending weeks trying to make it perfect before anyone has seen it.
Step 3: Customise your opt-in page.
Click into the page builder and update the template with your own content. At minimum, your opt-in page needs:
A clear, compelling headline that speaks to your ideal client's biggest desire or pain point
A brief description of what they are getting and why it is valuable
A simple opt-in form collecting their first name and email address
A strong call to action button with copy that tells them exactly what to click, for example "Send me the planner" rather than just "Submit"
Keep it clean, keep it simple, and keep the focus entirely on the one thing you are offering. No navigation menu, no links to other pages, no distractions.
Step 4: Set up your thank you page.
Your thank you page is where someone lands immediately after opting in. It should confirm what they have signed up for, tell them what to expect next, and ideally introduce them to a next step, whether that is following you on Instagram, joining your Facebook group, or even a low-ticket offer if that fits your funnel strategy.
Step 5: Connect your email list.
Inside the funnel settings, you will see the option to add an action to your opt-in form. This is where you tell FEA Create what to do when someone submits their details. At minimum, you want to add them to a list and trigger your welcome email sequence. We cover email automations in more depth in The Behind-the-Scenes Systems That Keep My Business Running on Autopilot.
Step 6: Connect your domain and go live.
Before you publish your funnel, make sure it is connected to your custom domain rather than the default FEA Create URL. You will find domain settings in your account settings. Once your domain is connected, hit publish and your funnel is live.
Before you build anything inside FEA Create, it is worth having your funnel strategy mapped out on paper first. The Sales Funnel Planner walks you through planning every stage of your funnel with clarity and intention so that when you sit down to build, you are working from a clear plan rather than making decisions as you go.

Part 2: Setting Up Your Calendar in FEA Create
FEA Create has a built-in calendar booking system that allows people to book time with you directly, without any back-and-forth and without needing a separate tool like Calendly. Here is how to set it up.
Step 1: Navigate to the Calendars feature.
You will find Calendars in the left-hand navigation menu. Click in and select to create a new calendar.
Step 2: Choose your calendar type.
FEA Create offers several calendar types. For most coaches and service providers, a one-on-one booking calendar is the right starting point. This allows people to book individual time slots directly with you based on your availability.
Step 3: Set your availability.
Tell FEA Create when you are available to take bookings. Set your available days and hours, your time zone, and how much buffer time you want between appointments. Being intentional about your availability here is important. Your calendar should reflect the working hours you actually want to keep, not just every hour you are technically free. This is one of the most practical ways to build the boundaries we talked about in Creating a Workflow That Supports Growth and Peace.
Step 4: Set your appointment details.
Give your calendar a clear name that your clients will see when they book. Add a description if helpful. Set the appointment duration, how far in advance people can book, and your cancellation policy if you have one.
Step 5: Set up your confirmation and reminder emails.
This is one of the most valuable parts of the FEA Create calendar and one that many people skip when they are setting up quickly. Inside your calendar settings, you can create automated confirmation emails that go out immediately when someone books, and reminder emails that go out in the days or hours before the appointment. These reduce no-shows significantly and create a much more professional booking experience.
Step 6: Embed your calendar or share the link.
Once your calendar is set up, you have two options for sharing it. You can add the booking link directly to your website, your sales page, or your email signature. Or you can embed the calendar widget directly into a page inside FEA Create. Either way, make sure the link is easy to find and clearly signposted wherever you want people to take the action of booking with you.

Part 3: Setting Up Your CRM in FEA Create
The CRM in FEA Create is where all of your contacts live, including leads who have opted in to your funnel, people who have booked a call, and paying clients. Here is how to get it set up and working for you.
Step 1: Familiarise yourself with the Contacts view.
Navigate to Contacts in the left-hand menu. This is your CRM dashboard. Every person who enters your world through your funnel, your calendar, or a manual import will appear here. You can see their contact details, their tags, their pipeline stage, and their communication history all in one place.
Step 2: Set up your tags.
Tags are one of the most powerful organisational tools inside FEA Create's CRM. They allow you to segment your contacts based on where they came from, what they have downloaded, whether they are a lead or a client, and what stage of your funnel they are in. Take some time before you start getting contacts flowing in to think about which tags you will need and set them up in advance. A simple tagging system from the start will save you an enormous amount of time and confusion later.
Some useful tags to start with:
Lead
Discovery call booked
Active client
Past client
Freebie downloaded (name the specific freebie)
Unsubscribed
Step 3: Set up your pipeline.
The pipeline view in FEA Create allows you to see your leads and clients as cards on a board, organised by stage. This is brilliant for getting a visual overview of where everyone is in their journey with you and what needs to happen next for each person.
A simple pipeline for a coaching business might look like this:
New lead
Discovery call booked
Proposal sent
Client won
Onboarding
Active client
Completed
Set up your pipeline stages to reflect your actual client journey so that the pipeline view gives you a genuinely useful snapshot of your business at any given moment.
Step 4: Connect your CRM to your funnel and calendar.
This is where the magic happens. When your funnel and your calendar are set up correctly and connected to your CRM, every new opt-in and every new booking automatically creates or updates a contact record. Tags are applied automatically based on the action they took. And you can see at a glance who has just come into your world, what they did, and what the logical next step is.
Step 5: Use the CRM alongside your Client Management Planner.
The CRM inside FEA Create is brilliant for tracking the digital side of your client relationships: their contact details, their tags, their pipeline stage, and their communication history. But for the deeper, more detailed side of client management, the notes from your sessions, the tracking of their goals and progress, and the planning of their onboarding and offboarding experience, the Client Management Planner is the perfect companion tool. Together they create a complete, organised client management system that covers both the digital and the human side of your client relationships.

How Your Funnel, Calendar, and CRM Work Together
Now that all three are set up, let's look at how they work as a connected system, because this is where the real power of FEA Create comes through.
Here is the journey in practice:
Someone discovers you through your content and clicks through to your funnel opt-in page.
They enter their details and receive your freebie. They are automatically added to your CRM as a new lead with the relevant tag applied.
Your welcome email sequence begins automatically, warming them up, sharing your story, and introducing your offer.
In your welcome sequence, you include a link to book a discovery call. They click it and are taken to your FEA Create calendar.
They book a call. A confirmation email goes out automatically. A reminder email goes out the day before. A new record is created or updated in your CRM with the "discovery call booked" tag.
You have the call. You move their card in your pipeline to "proposal sent" or "client won" depending on the outcome.
If they become a client, their record is updated, the "active client" tag is applied, and your onboarding automation fires.
That is a complete lead-to-client journey, largely automated, running inside one platform, and visible to you at every stage in your CRM. That is what a well-set-up FEA Create account looks and feels like.
Common Mistakes to Avoid When Setting Up in FEA Create
Mistake 1: Trying to set everything up at once.
FEA Create has a lot to offer and it can be tempting to try to set up every feature simultaneously. Resist that temptation. Start with your funnel, your calendar, and your CRM. Get these three things working properly before you move on to your course hosting, your membership, your social planner, or any of the other features available to you.
Mistake 2: Publishing your funnel before testing it.
Before you share your funnel link with anyone, go through the entire process yourself as if you were a new lead. Opt in, check that the thank you page loads correctly, confirm that the confirmation email arrives, and verify that your details appear in the CRM with the correct tag applied. Catching a broken link or a missing automation before your audience does is always worth the five minutes it takes.
Mistake 3: Setting up your calendar without thinking about your boundaries.
Your calendar should reflect the working hours and the availability that you actually want, not just the hours you are technically free. Going back to Creating a Workflow That Supports Growth and Peace, your calendar is one of the most practical places to enforce the boundaries that protect your energy and your life.
Mistake 4: Not using tags consistently.
Tags are only useful if they are applied consistently. Set up your tagging system before contacts start flowing in and make sure every automation that adds a contact to your CRM is also applying the right tag. Inconsistent tagging leads to a messy CRM that is very difficult to work with as your contact list grows.
Mistake 5: Treating the CRM as a digital address book rather than an active business tool.
Your CRM is not just a place to store contact details. It is a living, active tool that should be giving you a clear picture of where your leads and clients are at any given moment and what needs to happen next. Check your pipeline regularly, update your contact stages as people move through their journey, and use the data your CRM gives you to make better decisions about where to focus your energy.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any technical experience to set up FEA Create?
Not at all. FEA Create is designed to be accessible to female entrepreneurs at every level of tech comfort, including complete beginners. The drag-and-drop page builder, the template library, and the step-by-step setup process all make it possible to get your funnel, calendar, and CRM up and running without any coding knowledge or technical background.
How long does it take to set up my funnel, calendar, and CRM?
If you have your strategy and your content ready in advance, most people can get all three set up in a focused half day. Planning before you build makes a significant difference to the speed of your setup. Use the Sales Funnel Planner to map your funnel strategy and the Client Management Planner to plan your CRM structure before you log in to build.
Can I use FEA Create alongside tools I am already using?
Yes. FEA Create integrates with a range of external tools including Stripe for payments, Google Calendar for calendar syncing, and Zapier for connecting with other platforms. That said, one of the biggest benefits of FEA Create is the ability to consolidate tools rather than add to them. As you get comfortable with the platform, you will likely find that it can replace many of the separate tools you are currently paying for.
What if I already have a funnel set up somewhere else?
You can absolutely migrate your existing funnel into FEA Create. Most people find that rebuilding inside FEA Create is faster and simpler than they expected, and the benefit of having everything connected within one platform is worth the migration time. If you are migrating an email list from another platform, FEA Create allows you to import contacts directly.
How do I get support if I get stuck inside FEA Create?
FEA Create has a dedicated support team, a help centre with tutorials and guides, and a community of female entrepreneurs who are using the platform and can share their experience. The community element is genuinely one of the best things about being inside FEA Create, because you are never figuring things out alone.
Do I need to set up all three features at the same time?
No. If you want to start with just your funnel and build from there, that is completely fine. Most people find it most useful to set up the funnel first as it is the most immediately impactful for lead generation, then add the calendar once they are ready to start booking calls, and then deepen their CRM usage as their contact list grows. Start wherever makes most sense for where your business is right now.
